CAVATINA'S KITTENS 2011 - Page 2

(Please click here  to go straight to Page 3)

7th July 2011.

Er, we have started to find out what that word "naughty" means.

It means having fun !  We've learned that the best thing to do when Mummy uses it,  is to look very sad and try our best not to grin. Oh it is so hard!

Right, off to the Bar .

Noah, please don't keep shoving, BEHAVE !

6th July 2011.

Poor Cavatina! On getting up this morning, she found her brood to be extremely clear that they did NOT want to do what Mum said !  She abandoned ship for a breather,  after fruitless efforts to get order.

They have definitely 'found their legs' and are discovering what they can do with them! The two mink boys find the purrfect place to escape Mum, behind her! The pointed boy and the lilac girl are still happy to stop and listen to her.

But, but ... when a snuggle at the Milk Bar is needed, that is when Mum comes in ! The lilac girl and pointed boy manage a little exploring while the others are occupied.

4th July 2011.

Three weeks old today!

The Minitonks are now stronger and well aware of each other  and their surroundings!

Whatever is Mummy doing. I think that's called "eating", but it looks revolting!

Oh Mee-ooo!

Noah leaned over a bit too far, and Mummy's going to be cross, because he bumped her while she was eating.

Oh my, we shouldn't laugh, but ...

I think you're wise.

Out of sight, out of mind.

Let Mummy move on to someone else.

The two blue mink boys have developed a love of wrestling, with each other or anyone available. The little lilac girl keeps out of their way!  The boys are all into "running" now  - backwards, forwards, lurching in all directions, but still running.

All of them are now seriously grooming themselves , but scratching your ear is a bit hit and miss.  Chewing nails to clean them is fun, and so is trying to groom someone else.

How are we ever going to know what everything is?

There's just so much.

It's a little bit scary.

Don't worry.

I'm never going to leave you, so we can help each other and cuddle when it gets scary.

That's what brothers do.

Why do I look different to everyone else, Mummy?

Ah, that's because you are a very special, little girl!

Ooh, what's this?

Very strange, it moves too.

Have I got one?

1st July 2011.

We're no longer babies, we woke up to find that we were Minitonks!

So strange - even our baby fluzz (fluffy fuzz) is disappearing and we look sort of different.

It's great to be a Minitonk.

30th June 2011.

Do have a look at us, click here.  We have grown so much!

We've moved into a donut bed so that the kittens can go exploring.

Oh, I nearly forgot, Slave took lots of photos today of the babies for our Fans, click here  to see them.

28th June 2011.

Each kitten is developing into a real personality now.

Two weeks old and really taking notice of things - also trying to make their way out of the igloo bed! The little girl is beginning to make sure that everyone knows she is there!

26th June 2011.

We've all had a peaceful Sunday , snuggling up with Mum  and visiting the Bar ! The nail-varnish? Yes, Slave put that on us when we were tiny - the boys hate it!
